• Account information: display name, email address when you use email sign-in, authentication tokens, Firebase user identifier, and Google Play Games profile data when you choose Google Play sign-in.
• Gameplay and cloud data: scores, leaderboards, unlocked cosmetics, gold balance, extra-play rewards, map discoveries, bounty progress, support requests, and account-related status flags needed to run game features.
• Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, basic network state, consent state, and limited gameplay/performance telemetry used for service stability, abuse prevention, and analytics where allowed.
• Advertising-related information: advertising ID, IP address, app activity connected to ad requests, and basic device signals needed to request, measure, fraud-check, and optimize ads when permitted by platform settings and applicable consent choices.
• Location-related signals: Ballzy does not request precise location permissions for gameplay. Advertising partners may infer approximate location from IP address or device/network signals when allowed by law and platform settings.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and maintain your account and cloud save.
• To operate rankings, score synchronization, and social/gameplay features.
• To grant in-game rewards, including rewarded ad benefits such as extra plays.
• To measure game performance, detect fraud or abuse, and improve gameplay balance and stability using limited analytics where permitted.
• To serve ads, limit invalid traffic, and manage monetization through Google advertising services and consent tools.
• To respond to support requests, account deletion requests, and moderation or safety actions.

4. Third-Party Services

Ballzy uses third-party services that may process data according to their own privacy policies.

• Firebase for authentication, cloud save and gameplay services, push messaging, and limited analytics where permitted.
• Google Play Games Services for sign-in, profile, and related social gaming features.
• Google AdMob for advertising requests, rewarded ads, measurement, and anti-fraud checks.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for collecting and storing advertising consent choices when required.

5. Legal and Consent Information

Ballzy may use a Consent Management Platform to collect and store privacy choices required by applicable laws. Where required, advertising and analytics remain limited until the relevant consent state has been resolved.

6. Data Retention

We keep data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide Ballzy, maintain leaderboards and cloud progress, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce game integrity and anti-abuse rules.

7. Your Choices

• You may choose whether to sign in or continue in guest mode, although some cloud and ranking features may be unavailable without sign-in.
• You may contact us to request help with account deletion, privacy-related questions, or deletion of certain Ballzy data without deleting the full Ballzy account where technically and legally feasible.
• You can manage certain advertising and privacy preferences through your device settings and any in-app consent tools we provide.

8. Children and Sensitive Data

Ballzy is not intended to collect sensitive personal information for gameplay. Please do not submit sensitive information through support forms or display names.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and gameplay data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
