1. Who We Are

Ballzy is a puzzle and strategy game available on Android and Windows through Steam. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to contact us about privacy matters, you can reach us at ballzythegame@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Ballzy, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

• Account information: display name, email address when you use email sign-in, authentication tokens, Firebase user identifier, Google Play Games profile data when you choose Google Play sign-in, and Steam account identifier, ownership status, and account-link status when you use Steam sign-in or linking.
• Gameplay and cloud data: scores, leaderboards, unlocked cosmetics, gold balance, extra-play rewards, map discoveries, bounty progress, support requests, and account-related status flags needed to run game features.
• Reddit daily challenge data: your Reddit username and account identifier, a hashed account identifier, verified score, solution layout and route, and short-lived score-sharing or community-join status markers. If you choose “Yes, share score,” the score comment and username are published on Reddit and are visible according to Reddit's settings.
• Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, basic network state, consent state, and limited gameplay/performance telemetry used for service stability, abuse prevention, and analytics where allowed.
• Advertising-related information: advertising ID, IP address, app activity connected to ad requests, and basic device signals needed to request, measure, fraud-check, and optimize ads when permitted by platform settings and applicable consent choices.
• Location-related signals: Ballzy does not request precise location permissions for gameplay. Advertising partners may infer approximate location from IP address or device/network signals when allowed by law and platform settings.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and maintain your account and cloud save.
• To verify Steam ownership, link an eligible Steam account to Ballzy, maintain Steam-related entitlements, and provide Steam overlay links such as the store and demo feedback page.
• To operate rankings, score synchronization, and social/gameplay features.
• To verify Reddit daily challenge solutions, prevent duplicate score comments, publish a score only after your explicit confirmation, and suppress repeated community-join prompts after a confirmed subscription.
• To grant in-game rewards, including rewarded ad benefits such as extra plays.
• To measure game performance, detect fraud or abuse, and improve gameplay balance and stability using limited analytics where permitted.
• To serve ads, limit invalid traffic, and manage monetization through Google advertising services and consent tools.
• To respond to support requests, account deletion requests, and moderation or safety actions.

4. Third-Party Services

Ballzy uses third-party services that may process data according to their own privacy policies.

• Firebase for authentication, cloud save and gameplay services, push messaging, and limited analytics where permitted.
• Google Play Games Services for sign-in, profile, and related social gaming features.
• Google AdMob for advertising requests, rewarded ads, measurement, and anti-fraud checks.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for collecting and storing advertising consent choices when required.
• Meta App Events for measuring Android app installs and launches attributed to Ballzy advertising campaigns and optimizing campaign delivery, only after the applicable consent state allows analytics and advertising measurement.
• Steam for Windows distribution, ownership verification, optional account linking, overlay links, and Steam platform functionality. Steam processes data under Valve's own privacy policy and account settings.
• Reddit and Devvit for the Reddit daily challenge, Reddit account context, public score comments, community subscription, moderation, and app-hosted operational storage.

Meta App Events processing is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

Reddit features are also subject to Reddit's Privacy Policy and your Reddit account settings.

Steam features are also subject to Valve's Privacy Policy and your Steam account settings.

5. Legal and Consent Information

Ballzy may use a Consent Management Platform to collect and store privacy choices required by applicable laws. Where required, advertising and analytics remain limited until the relevant consent state has been resolved.

6. Data Retention

We keep data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide Ballzy, maintain leaderboards and cloud progress, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce game integrity and anti-abuse rules.

Reddit account identifiers, Reddit daily solution records, Reddit leaderboard entries, score-share markers, and confirmed community-join markers are retained for no more than 30 days from the relevant submission or update. New Reddit solution rows are scheduled to expire after 29 days and are swept independently every six hours with retries, providing a buffer below that maximum; the same sweep removes legacy rows that predate the explicit expiry field. A verified-run marker expires after two days. When Reddit sends Ballzy a score-comment deletion event, the corresponding app-side sharing marker is removed. If a moderator or administrator removed it, Ballzy may retain a bounded enforcement marker for up to 30 days to avoid automatically reposting moderated content; it does not store the deleted comment body. Reddit controls retention of the public comment itself.

Steam account-link codes expire after 10 minutes. Consumed, rejected, or security-relevant link records and hashed anti-abuse counters are retained only for their configured operational window (normally no more than seven days for link audit records). Account merge and deletion job records may be retained for up to 30 days so interrupted work can be retried and investigated. These records do not store raw Steam authentication tickets.

7. Your Choices

• You may choose whether to sign in or continue in guest mode, although some cloud and ranking features may be unavailable without sign-in.
• You may contact us to request help with account deletion, privacy-related questions, or deletion of certain Ballzy data without deleting the full Ballzy account where technically and legally feasible.
• You can manage certain advertising and privacy preferences through your device settings and any in-app consent tools we provide.
• You can delete a score comment or manage your r/ballzythegame subscription in Reddit. You may also contact us about deletion of Ballzy's associated operational records.

8. Children and Sensitive Data

Ballzy is not intended to collect sensitive personal information for gameplay. Please do not submit sensitive information through support forms or display names.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and gameplay data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Steam hesap baglama kodlari 10 dakika sonra sona erer.
